I found this bottle where I am going to put the raised garden. It has a metal flip catch for the lid (like some maple syrup bottles do). The bottle has a fisherman with a giant cod fish which was registered as the company’s logo in 1890.
Doing a little research, it appears that the lime and soda part of the cod liver oil formula was not advertised in North America after the 1930’s, though it was still popular in the 1940’s in Australia.
So my best guess is that the bottle was made in the 1920’s or 1930’s.
